Exchange and Returns
Customers may exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Return conditions for products of proper quality
An exchange or return is possible if the product has not been used or installed in a vehicle, and its original appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels and complete set have been preserved. A receipt or other proof of purchase from AVTO-SHOP is also required.
Before returning a product, please contact our manager and provide the order number, product name and reason for the return.
Defective or incorrect products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged or does not match the order, please contact us immediately after receiving it. Send photographs of the product, packaging and shipping document.
After inspection, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Vehicle compatibility
Before placing an order, we recommend providing our manager with the make, model, year and body type of your vehicle.
If a customer selects a product without checking compatibility, the product may only be returned if its original appearance has been preserved and there are no signs of installation or use.
Return shipping
The customer pays the return shipping costs for a product of proper quality. If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect, damage or an error by the store, AVTO-SHOP will reimburse the shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. The money will be returned using the original payment method or another agreed method.
Non-returnable products
Products of proper quality that were manufactured or modified according to the customer’s individual order, as well as other products defined by Ukrainian law, cannot be returned.
This restriction does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.
